Overview
Welcome to the NeonNow documentation.
NeonNow is the platform that brings your products together in one place. Your contact centre (CX) and your campaigns (Outreach) are products within NeonNow, and you reach and administer them through the NeonNow Admin app. The Admin app is also where you sign up, sign in, manage your account, and look after the organisations, memberships, users and roles that are shared across every product.
What You Manage in NeonNow
The NeonNow Admin app is the central home for the things that are shared across all your products:
| Concept | What it is |

| Account | Your single, personal identity. You sign in once and can belong to many organisations. Your account holds your name, password and preferences. |
| Organisation | A customer workspace (a tenant). Subscriptions, settings, users and products all belong to an organisation. |
| Membership | The link between an account and an organisation. Each membership carries its own role, so the same person can hold different roles in different organisations. |
| User management | Inviting people into an organisation, assigning their role, and removing them. |
| Roles | The four Admin-app roles — Org Admin, Admin, Operations and Campaigner — that determine what a member can do and which products they can reach. See Roles and Permissions. |
The Products in NeonNow
NeonNow brings your products together under one account and organisation. The Admin app is where you sign in and manage everything they share; each product is where you do the day-to-day work:
- CX — the contact centre product, built on Amazon Connect. Reached by Org Admins, Admins and Operations members. See the CX documentation.
- Outreach — the bulk SMS and email campaigns product. Reached by Org Admins, Admins and Campaigners. See the Outreach documentation.
Which products a member can see is determined by their role in that organisation. A single account can use both products across one or more organisations without ever signing in again.
The Admin-app roles described here (Org Admin, Admin, Operations, Campaigner) are not the same as the CX contact-centre roles (Agent, Supervisor, Manager) provisioned in Amazon Connect. They are two separate systems and do not map to one another. See Roles and Permissions for the Admin-app roles and the CX docs for contact-centre roles.
