Profile

Your profile holds the name that identifies you across every organisation you belong to.

Change Your Name​

  1. Open Manage Account from your profile menu.
  2. Go to the Profile section.
  3. Choose Edit, update your name, and save.

Your updated name is shown wherever you appear — for example, in the user table of any organisation you're a member of.

Your Email Address Can't Be Changed​

The email address you signed up or were invited with is the identifier for your account and can't be changed. If you need to use a different email address, an administrator would need to invite that address as a new user, and you would manage it as a separate account.

Where your name comes from

Your name is set once — when you first sign up or first accept an invitation — and is then managed here. Invitations to additional organisations don't ask for your name again, because it already belongs to your account.
